Originally created to illustrate the concept of the creation of the universe at the moment of the "big bang", this image has seen many uses in textbook applications and as a cover for Microsoft.
While this is of course only an artist's concept of what this event may have looked like, it is composed entirely of matter present at the actual "big bang".
